Founded to meet the growing requests for special lifting machines in the industrial environment, the company has found development in the nuclear sector since the 90s with the first patents related to the containment of nuclear waste to become today among the leading companies in the decommissioning sector in Italy.

FUCINA ITALIA carries out the design, manufacture and assembly of steel machinery, cranes and lifting equipment, patented sleepers and accessories for cellulose handling in the port area, pressure vessels, containers for radioactive waste, heavy carpentry, as well as mechanical processing, maintenance of lifting equipment and industrial machines and plants.

Thanks to the collaboration with companies specialized in various sectors, we can provide complete systems with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automated parts managed by computers and / or PLCs.

In recent years, the market has led FUCINA ITALIA to deal with foreign companies: special systems and cranes have been supplied and put into operation all over the world.

ACTUALITY'

The Integrated System of FUCINA ITALIA is structured according to the process approach that incorporates the PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT (PDCA) cycle and Risck-Based Thinking.

In order to implement the Quality System in the best possible way and guarantee product conformity, the Quality Assurance Office (GdQ) operates, whose manager is a 2nd level certified for non-destructive tests in the methods VT, MT, PT, RT- L assisted by a testing officer and supported by the external Welding Coordinator having level III on VT, PT, MT, RT, UT, UTTOFD and Phased Array, TT.

The Quality office is equipped with all the necessary equipment for assessing the quality of the product, the inbound tests and those during the various stages of processing as well as staff training.

The quality of the finished product is guaranteed by the Quality Control system and by the presence in the Company of certified personnel.

The company also has equipment and qualified personnel for performing non-destructive tests in the VT, PT, MT and RT-L methods.

Welding is one of the most important activities for the sectors in which we operate (steel structures, lifting and handling machines and equipment, pressure vessels, boiler works, decommissioning and radioactive material storage) and is therefore a of the most regulated and controlled stages of production. The certificate relating to the quality of the welds is the one obtained in compliance with the UNI-EN ISO 3834 standard.

Mechanical designer

reporting directly to the Production Manager, he will play the role of electrician of industrial plants. Quality and Testing Officer

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, he will take care of the quality control of incoming and outgoing products, verifying compliance by means of visual and instrumental checks. Supported by the Quality Manager, he will manage the non-conformities. It will ensure the traceability of the materials, carry out the verification of the required certifications and prepare the end-of-production dossiers and manuals.
